12 ounce bottle into pilsener glass, bottled June 2012. Pours lightly hazy golden straw color with a 1 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Slight spotty lacing on the glass, and light carbonation streaming up. Aromas of lemon, herbal, pear, apple, earth, grass, bread, cracker, and light spiciness. Pretty nice aromas with good balance and decent strength. Taste of lemon, bread, pear, pepper, cracker, herbal, apple, earth, and spiciness. Decent amount of herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of light fruit, pepper, bread, and earthy spices on the finish for a short bit. Good flavor balance and complexity; nice bitterness/sweetness balance. Pretty dry on the finish as expected. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth and crisp mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with pretty muh zero warming present after the finish. Overall this is a nice pilsner! Good hop flavor presence and balance. Quite enjoyable and very easy to drink. Well done. jsmerig (1667) - Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 25, 2013
Pours a pale yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma of light grain grass an lemon. Taste is sweet and mellow up front with a nod towards noble hops in the finish. Mouthfeel is smooth. Could use a bit more depth in the flavor.

Bottled date was Dec 2011. Pours a very hazy yellow color with a low filmy white head. Aroma has a very strong sour grainy nose, lots of noble hops nose at the very end. Flavor starts off with a very strong Hallertau hops kick and slowly fades to a light pilsner malt finish. Body is light and moderately crisp. Overall a pretty tasty brew and I love the strong noble hops flavor present in this brew. Could be a bit more appealing as its pretty cloudy for a pilsner. jmagnus87 (3302) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - SEP 1, 2012
12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a lightly cloudy gold with about a finger of white head. Aroma of grain and hops. Taste is light bitter. Hops with some light grain. Light bodied with a thin texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, not bad. I would drink this again. tomandoaltura (345) - - NOV 21, 2017
Gran aroma a levadura fresca y ciertas notas frutales.

Not really bad. Nice fairly dry straw malt and the right hop aroma. Slightly harsh bitterness. madmitch76 (25568) - , Essex, ENGLAND - FEB 17, 2013

Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Light crispy palate. Lagerish pale malt. Seltzer mineras. Reasonable noble like hops, a little grapefruit. Malt turns slightly creamy. An all right pils.
bottle courtesy of Rizy, sweet bland hopless drinkable harmless pilsner. Wow, never had one of these before Onslow (1531) - Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA - JUN 29, 2013
Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Clear deep yellow brew with white head. Aroma of malt and slight grassy hops. Taste is sweet malt at the start with a fairly sweet malty finish. Hops are present but very restrained. On the plus side - not corn or vegetal tastes, everything is well crafted and tasty. I would expect a true pilsener to have a little more hops and bite in the finish. Alextricity (509) - Michigan, USA - SEP 9, 2013
Drank straight from the bottle at Green Dot Stables in Detroit, Michigan.
Appearance: As I said, straight from the bottle. After a few glass swirls, there was a pretty impressive head going on in the glass... minimal bottle lacing. Appeared to not be hazy through the brown bottle.
Smell: A lot of hay aromas out of this ... some sweetness. Not much of a malt presence, in my opinion. Really just smelled slightly better than an adjunct lager.
Taste: Meh. Semi-sweet hay and maybe corn flavors. I’m not sure if adjuncts are used here, but it’s not all-too impressive. Half way through the bottle, I had basically had enough. It’s drinkable and fine, but there’s nothing great about it ... there’s not much to get excited of in terms of most pilseners, but this was ESPECIALLY one to be unimpressed by.
Decent. Drinkable. Alright. Not something I’ll seek out again, but it’s definitely not terrible.
