bobaidan (530) - Southington, Connecticut, USA - JUN 9, 2013
Pours murky brown with a medium head. Aroma is cherry, alcohol and caramel. Thick and sticky in body. Flavor is a bit too sweet and lacks complexity.

Bottle. Cherry, caramel malt, and alcohol aroma. Amber with large light tan head. Sweet caramel malt, light banana and mild alcohol flavor. Decent.

3.2
queenholly (3623) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - APR 30, 2013
Bottle. Toast, plums, dark brown sugar aroma. Hazy amber with a moderate beige head, heavy flocculation. Molasses, toast, plum, and caramel flavor with a slight bitter finish. Alcohol is quite well hidden. Medium body, soft carbonation.

2.3
maxwelldeux (4433) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - APR 6, 2013
Bottle. Pours a clear dark amber color with a moderate off-white head. Nose is a little malty with some nuttiness. Taste is a little muddled, like there is something mixed in with it. Odd.

3.3
wmubronco1992 (709) - Coldwater, Michigan, USA - FEB 22, 2013
Bottle. Pours medium brown. Light tan head that dissipates to a long lasting film. Aroma of bread and spice. Flavor of caramel and toast with a bit of hop bitterness. Actually had an ice tea quality. Some lacing. Good medium palate. Very drinkable for something 10.9%. Bought this as a single and based on dating it is 2 years old. Held up pretty well, but would like to try fresh.

BVery (11364) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - NOV 6, 2012
Bottle. Rich reddish amber pour with a small but dense head. Sticky caramel malt, nutty, bready, and a bit of alcohol burn (although I was shocked to see it was north of 10%). Not bad.

steelers (35) - Minnesota, USA - OCT 20, 2012
Wheat beers are not my #1 pick to drink but this beer I do enjoy. Pours woody, nearly clear brown with a tall, thick, tan head. Aroma is nutty with pecan hint. Actually, quite tasty...caramel malt, slight bitter... The 10.9 ABV is absolutely hidden. Quite enjoyable.....good stuff. Be careful how many you drink. This beer with catch up to you.

1.8
eelbasher (285) - New Jersey, USA - SEP 30, 2012
Bottle from Unclerudy, thanks! Bottle looks like it might be older, but who knows. Pours a deep amber with a small head. Just a small ring of lace resides. Aromas of bread, yeast, spices, and alcohol. The flavor is watery and not very enjoyable. Bananna, sticky sugar, wheat, and a nice alcoholic burn make up most of this. Blech, gross. Here ya go drain, just what you want......

2.6
esjaygee (3906) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 16, 2012
Dark mahogany with a medium tan head that fades slowly. Aroma of nuts, toffee, alcohol, brown sugar and a touch of yeast. Taste is fruity with mild nuts, bread, booze and cardboard.

3.2
libertine (442) - rochester hills, Michigan, USA - SEP 3, 2012
pours amber with an almost nonexistent head.aroma is malt and cherries.flavor is sweet malt, cherries, spice.medium body, soft carbonation with a sticky mouthfeel.alchohol is very well hidden.finish is slightly astringent.nothing over the top but very drinkable and dangerously so considering the abv.at almost 11 percent this went down quick.
