12oz bottle. Small beige head atop murky dark brown body. Aroma is moderately sweet, caramel, some cherry, light earthy. Taste is sweet, caramel, raisin/cherry, some sourness. Medium-full body, some stickiness. crossovert (13742) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 5, 2014
355ml bottle. Bottled march 13. Amber pour. Smell is a mix of oxidation, cidre, and malty booze. Falvor again oxidized, dried fruits, not a huge spice, alcohol and bitterness in the finish. It is old so I can’ judge it too fairly, curse the store but i was basically buying singles blindly based on what I hadn’t had. bu11zeye (13140) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - DEC 31, 2010

Bottle. Cherry, caramel malt, and alcohol aroma. Amber with large light tan head. Sweet caramel malt, light banana and mild alcohol flavor. Decent. BVery (11241) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - NOV 6, 2012
Bottle. Rich reddish amber pour with a small but dense head. Sticky caramel malt, nutty, bready, and a bit of alcohol burn (although I was shocked to see it was north of 10%). Not bad. DocLock (10970) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 22, 2012
Bottle from Capone’s and Wegman’s Collegeville. Pours turbid clay muddy colored with a finger or so of clingy off-white head. Nose is malt, earthy corn flakes, vegetal, and rather abhorrent. Tastes malty, earthy, defnitely vegetal, and not good. This one looks OK, but smells and tastes pretty bad.
