Very smooth, love the aroma. You can really taste the vanilla. I would recomend it.

Bottle to glass. Big coffee aroma. Dark, decently thick pour with a nice tan head. Taste is somewhat astringent. Coffee and vanilla are both there but kind of overpowered by that. Nice roasted malts round out the body. Palate is appropriate for the style. Overall just too astringent (probably due to how they incorporated the coffee beans.)

Pours a dark brown with tan head. A vanilla, chocolate, and roasted malt aroma. A vanilla taste with chocolate, roasted malts and heavy delayed carbonation. A malt and grain aftertaste - heavy with carbonation.

Aromas of vanilla, chocolate and coffee. Color is a very dark brown with a small, light brown head. Taste is reasonably dry for a porter and has a slightly low bitterness for a porter. Body is on the thin side for a porter; alcohol is fairly light; carbonation is average; finish is medium to long with vanilla, coffee and chocolate. Overall not bad but the base porter is a bit thin/weak; still some interest with the vanilla, chocolate and coffee.

UPDATED: NOV 14, 2016 Really yummy porter. The vanilla added smooths out this porter and makes it complex in flavor and simple in enjoyment. Really good beer. Actually on second taste on tap, its a little too spicy for my liking.

A decent sweet porter with notes of vanilla balanced by the burnt, roasted coffee beans.

Pours opaque dark brown with hint of red, small tan head that goes quickly but leaves some skim. Nose is coffee, roast malt, roast nuts, biscuit. Palate has vanilla in and out, sometimes coming through as itself, or at least vanilla wafers, and other times creating more of a cocoa effect with the coffee. Nothing objectionable in the flavors, but they dont always seem to blend well. Light-medium body, fine for a porter, but theres a lot of competition in this part of the marketplace.
