Tap. Hazy yellow to golden body, high white head. Aroma of yeast, malts, vinous. Taste is lightly bitter, lightly sour, neutral. Fruity, vinous, malty, yeasty. Medium body and carbonation.

Keg at Au Brasseur, Strasbourg, France. Gold with white head. This was a pretty thin beer with a boiled malt character, herby and light sweetness. CO2 wet cardboard. Not great.

On tap the at the brewpub. 21/07/2015 two days after the Etape du Tour. Mostly clear bright yellow with a persistent white froth. Aroma is tangy grains, light apple, floral notes, light woody mould. Flavour is composed of light grains,woody, lemon zest, crisp pils grains. Lingering wood and zest. 25cl on tap at the Au Brasseur. Lightly cloudy yellow beer with a small head. Aroma is light. Lightly malty and a very lightly floral. Soft carbonation and light and a bit creamy body. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, light yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sharp hops. IMO. a bit borring. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 
On tap at the brewpub. Pale golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, dusty and discreet flowery nose. Malty, light hoppy and slight grassy taste with bitterish/sweet finish. Another average Au Brasseur beer.
