UPDATED: JAN 6, 2016 Gutes, Schwarzbier! Tolle dunkelbraune Farbe guter Schaum.

Goryczka lekka i małe wysycenie! Moim zdaniem, bardzo dobry i bardzo pijalny dunkel.

(bottle) Clear, chestnut colour with a beige and big foamy head. Sweet and moderately roasted malty aroma with notes of caramel and a tinge of molasses. Sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Mildly roasted and slightly sugary malty taste with caramel; sweet and slightly toast-malty finish with a very discreet level of bitterness. 02.VII.13

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass dark, almost black, small head. Starts not as strong as exspected, modest roasty. Not too sweet. Finish well balanced with some fruity hints of berries. Could be more dry, but still a good one!

Sweet rye bread, kvass-like sweetness, a discreet bitterness in the background. Old fashioned is the term that springs to mind. Nice, but too sweet, lacks an edge to it. Maybe it would ahve worked better as a bock?

Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - SEP 12, 2011
bottle from Biershop-bayern.de. Clear brown colour, large off-white head. Slightly fruity aroma. Medium-bodied, malty background, hints of biscuits, shy fruity flavours of dark berries, quite interesting and unusual. Good!

Draught: Chestnut-amber coloured, mid-sized stable off-white head, moderate caramelly-toasty nose with a very faint metallic tinge; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, quite soft, light to medium bodied; shorter dark-malty and slightly bitter finish. Average Dunkel, not bad......
