Dedollewaitor (16056) - Odense, DENMARK - APR 29, 2016
Bottle @ Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. Pours Dark amber with a creamy head. Chocolate, roast, bread and chewy caramel. Full bodied. Very tasty!

JoeinDahlem (1503) - Berlin, GERMANY - MAR 23, 2016
Bright red-gold with some fizzly foam that fades. Caramel-forward in nose and taste, with a sneaky bitterness that leaves the beer roundly balanced and more than a bit dangerous. Lacks the sort of fruity zip I want from better bock beers, but this is well made.

3.2
Sebilinz (2323) - Linz, AUSTRIA - FEB 12, 2016
Reddish brown body with white head. Aroma is malts and biscuits with some bread. Taste is the same with some additional slightly roasted grains. Aftertaste is grainy and bitter.

Beerhunter111 (20356) - P´Castle, GERMANY - FEB 16, 2014
Dunkelbräunliches Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch röstmalzig, Karamell, schokoladig. Geschmack röstmalzig süß, minimal würzig, schokoladig.

Shaney (2423) - Köln / Cologne, GERMANY - OCT 29, 2013
Dunkelbrauner Bock mit beigem Schaum. Karamellmalziges Aroma. Erstaunlich leichter Antrunk. Neben dem Karamell kommt eine gewisse Zartbitterschokoladennote auf. Klingt leicht röstig aus. Ordentlich, wenn auch etwas langweilig.

3.3
Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - FEB 16, 2013
bottle, courtesy of pivnizub! Clear chestnut-brown colour, mid-sized off-white head. Aroma of roasted malts and caramel. Full-bodied, malty base with quite a lot of roasted malts and chocolate, hints of coffee.

3.2
kevnic2008 (11980) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - AUG 8, 2012
Dark amber with a short lived lightbrown head. The aroma are mostly roasted malty but also chocolate after a while.

3.6
Idiosynkrasie (7435) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAY 25, 2012
500ml bottle. Clear dark amber colour with small frothy off-white head. Malty aroma with explicit milk chocolate note, a nougat touch, a hint of alcohol. Chocolatey malt taste, decent underlying grainy touch, husk. Well handled sweetness, a touch of roast in the end.

3.2
Miksu (5053) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - MAY 24, 2012
0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Amber color. Sweet caramelly and bready aroma with nuts and diluted coffee. Bready and caramelly flavor with roasty coffeish and nutty finish. Surprising coffee finish, feels more like a strong dunkel than a bock.

2.9
HopfenWeisse (1529) - - APR 19, 2012
Swing top bottle from Bierzwerg. Dark amber colour with medium head. Aroma is malty, Flavour is malt, sweet, not that geat bock.
