Dedollewaitor (16359) - Odense, DENMARK - JUL 31, 2011
Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours cloudy red amber with a small and stable creamy white head. Nose is yeast and caramel with a bit of tart fruit. Yeasty flavor with a grassy hoppy note a bit of bread , fruit and caramel. Quite hoppy dunkel. Medium and smooth body.

Koelschtrinker (21371) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUL 8, 2011
Test vom 8.7.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,6,12,6,9,6 - 7,15

seritomi (363) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JAN 26, 2011
A színe szép sötét borostyán. Habja sötétsárga gyorsan összeeső. Illata enyhe pörköl maláta, sütőtökös (ez mondjuk jó benne) aromával. Megkóstolva semmi érdekes: szénsavas, túlerjedt, vékonyka íz a rosszabb komlókat idézi. A Premium Pilsük után csalódás ez a "sötét". Felejthető...

Grima (2506) - Merzkirchen, RLP, GERMANY - DEC 21, 2010
500ml bottle from bierzwerg! Reddish brown in glass, medium-high and fine head. Smells malty and a little roasty. Starts strong roasted malt, good spicy. Finish too roasty, spicy, becoming more sweet!

[drunk to congratulate the German victory, not to celebrate it]
Pour is clear, coppery amber with a firm, stayin, creamy off-white head. Good looks. Sweet, malty aroma, light caramel, some grassy and flowery hops. High carbonation, nice creamy and light dry mouthfeel. Flavour as good toasted caramel, light milky chocolate, some sweetness and a good, lingering, flowery bitterness in the long aftertaste. Good dunkel.

Geiserich (4577) - Linz, AUSTRIA - JUN 7, 2010
Draught at Braugasthof Rothenbach: Aroma of malts and hops- Brown to amber color, off-white, creamy head. Flavor is malty, roasty (intensive cacao, hints of coffee). Full flavor, nice roastiness and lovely cacao notes.

Embrouille (2854) - SWITZERLAND - MAY 5, 2010
Bottled 50cl. Ordered from www.bierkompass.de. It pours a beautiful clear amber beer with an average-sized, nicely lacing bubbly beige head. Inviting malt accented aroma which is reminiscent of walnuts, lime, orange, figs, almonds, paprika, tobacco, caramel and leafy hops. Nice balance. Very faintly smoky. Beech wood sneaking in. Subtle carbonation. Medium bodied. Good bitterness showing up. Light acidity on the swallow. Long finish where figs, almonds, homemade caramel and raisin come to mind. Delicious, complex and with plenty of character.
