From gravity at Holy Grale. Aroma of pumpernickel, almonds and some toast. Appearance is amber brown with thin white head. Flavor is quite almond-centric with some bread; the finish is slight toasty and minimally herbal. Palate is oily and soft. A delight.

SinH4 (6559) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - JAN 10, 2018
Bottle. Deep ruby color with no head. Aroma is sweet, syrupy, chocolate. Taste is chocolate, syrupy, nutty, in the nice way. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Solid, despite its sweetness.

Zlotta (4139) - Hagen, GERMANY - JAN 4, 2018
0.5 l bottle from local 'REWE' at 5.2% abv, best before March 2018. Clear, dark reddish amber with a thin, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity and a bit grassy-spicy aroma of caramel, dark honey and some raisins. Quite sweet, malty, slightly fruity taste of caramel, dark honey, toasted nuts and raisins, followed by a short, just slightly bitter, a little grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid, easily drinkable.

biir (1681) - Berlin, - JAN 1, 2017
Bottle - pours a beautiful red amber color, unfortunately little head that quickly diminishes. Taste is intense malty, caramell, toffee, sour mash, red berries. Finish is dry and a bit dusty unpleasant. Definitely unusual, interesting Märzen, but lacks drinkability due to intense aromas.

bartlebier (4214) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - FEB 18, 2016
50cl fliptop bb04/2016, Maruhn or REWE Bayreuth. - Deep and thick amber pour. Rich honeyed bread crust in aroma with a sourish mash edge, offering the same grainy fruit riches in taste: bready caramels, apple butter, honey. Shy of being too sweet and filling, saved by the sour mash and good natural hop peppers.

Klares bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit einer geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch nussig, Karamelll, röstmalzig. Geschmack sehr nussig, leicht röstmalzig, etwas Karamell, ok!

2.2
MichaelAwesome (6546) - Wanne-Eickel, GERMANY - NOV 26, 2014
Sehr spezielles Piwo, das mir nicht unbedingt zugesagt hat. Getreidigkeit ohne Ende und dazu eine daraus resultierende Säure haben mir nicht gerade gut getan. Nicht wirklich mein Fall.

2.4
McTapps (6984) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - NOV 26, 2014
Bottle from Getränke Kistner in Forchheim. The beer has got a deep brown colour with low steady head and medium body. Aroma of bread and hops. Taste of old hops, barley, light malt, bread, nuts and straw. Dusty finish with some unpleasant grainy hints. Drinkable, but expected it better.
