UPDATED: AUG 17, 2010 (draught, at the brewery) pours a clear, light golden colour with a firm white head. aroma is grassy, floral hops, pale malts and lots of fresh wort. flavour has pale malts and floral hops, with a surprising and agreeable smokiness, very smooth. light to medium-bodied with refreshing carbonation and a medium-bitter finish. so much better on tap than bottled.

A very nice, hoppy pils. It is clear and golden and has a nice bit of noble hops that excites the tastebuds.

Bottle from Erlangernick, thanks Nick. Lovely clean clear Pils with a good smack of hop on the finish. Some lemon on the aroma, beautiful in the mouth and then noble peppery hop finish. Excellent.

Bottle. Pale golden colour, rather big white head for a Pils. Quite hoppy, slightly bitter and rather long finish. A good Pils.

Draft at brewery guesthouse. Bright gold with lush foam, mild herbal-floral nose. Firmly bitter and light honeyed malt sweetness, with enough herbal hop flavor to be interesting. Very nice pils that helps me understand why this brewery’s Keller Pils is so good.

Im Antrunk leicht malzig, schöne fruchtige Würze, Abgang leicht gehopft. Ein sehr süffiges Pils aus Oberfranken.

seritomi (363) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JAN 25, 2011
Finom.

ganache (5893) - New Jersey, USA - JUN 4, 2006
Swing-top. Clear light-golden pour, stable lacy fluffy white head. Smells of cellary (spagh.) funk and Hellertau hops. Tastes spicy, peppery, funky, and sweetly malty. Dry and hoppy finish. Smooth, a little floral, delicious. Bitterness in a long aftertaste. Excellent. Thanks to pivnizub!

[email protected] Franco, Erlangen. A nice clean German pils. Bready/grainy malt notes and grassy hop bitterness. Very refreshing after a long walk with our backpacks.
