Where and how: bottle 500 ml
Aroma: malty, fairly pleasant hop feel. Soft fruity notes of apple. 6+
Appearance :
Top: medium top that left lace with rings on glass.
Base: clear amber.
Palate : medium bodied lager, soft , smooth textures with soft carbonation. Mild intensity.
Taste: mellow, easy going brew as it should be of such style. Hinted with toffee, and caramel. Slightly earthy notes at finish.

Aroma: faint; a little malts, a little bit of bread. Appearance: golden, clear, head large, fine, and stable. Taste: ashy bitter, a little bit sweet and a little bit sour. Palate: body light; carbonation soft; finish bitter; mouth feel a little corrosive. Overall: nothing special at all.

swing top bottle 500ml. -Courtesy of kajser27, shared with him, Marko and franski. Cloudy orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head, whiff of sauerkraut in the nose. Malty, grainy, slight caramel and mild yeasty with bready touch in the finish. Quite dry.

Cloudy, orange-amber colored, small white head, good lasting. Aroma is sulphury and sour cabbage, unpleasant at first, clears after some time, moves to bready yeasty. Taste is light+ sweet malty, bread, crackers mostly, yeast, low+ strawy bitterness, lasting bitter after but somewhat harsh. Light+ bodied, soft+ carbonation, watery.

Thanks kajser! Darker honeyish amber-golden, misty, with a medium white head. Huge huge caramelly dry malty-yeasty blast in the aroma, actually likable. Hmmm... husky grainy note in the taste, medium sweetness, nothing else. Kinda undefined finish and aftertaste, stuck somewhere between sweet and salty and unappealing. Some weak herbal hoppy notes pop through nicely but rarely. Eh.

Bottle (50 cl swing-top) from KeWe Getränkemarkt, Bamberg, Germany. Shady amber, medium off-white head. Earthy malt aroma, with some potatoe cellar aromas. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Dry, medium to high bitterness.

Usually a tasty and interesting quaffer, but not entirely consistent. Bottle. Thickly hazy red-orange-amber. Fruity orange-zest and grain in the nose. Some faint garbage DMS in the aroma, but I’ve had many bottles of this and never noticed it before. I get more of a zesty-citrus quality than a doughiness from the yeast, with a fairly firm spicy bitterness and light mineral tang. Fairly lively carbonation, finishing dry. I like this one fine but find the Keller-Pils to be more distinctive.
