Bamsen78 (5400) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAY 12, 2017
Bottle. Pours clear amber with rocky but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with dusty and hoppy notes and touches of basement. Sweetish flavour of malt and yeast, with bitter, hoppy notes and dusty hints. Bitterish and estery aftertaste. Medium to high carbonation. Satiating mouthfeel. Quite decent and well-balanced. Very reasonable for the style.

Bottle with swingtop. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma grass, slight honey, light notes of grains, slight minerals. Taste is rather grassy, light minerals, light bready malts, herbal. Decent stuff

Extremely mild beer. May be the nice amber color is the thing most interesting.

aleigator (945) - GERMANY - AUG 12, 2016
Pours a clear amber color with a big, spongy head. Smells of wet straw, young grass and a note of dough. Has a floral potatoe skin sweetness to it, which settles atop the other aromas. Has a very lively carbonation, countering the sweet toffee defined mid palate in favor of the beers refreshing, light bodied appearance. Tastes of fresh cut grass and soft straw, developing a mellow early dryness, getting soothed by toffee malts, which slowly turn more and more recognizable. Offers a bubbly burst of carbonation, numbing the tongue for a short moment, which then leads to an aqueous, soft finish featuring bready, sweeter malts and a hint of the beers initial grass quality. Nice interpretation of a Zwickl, a tad unbalanced though, as for its sweet, overcarbonated middle part, partly destroying the light and fragile initial flavors.

Where and how: bottle 500 ml
Aroma: malty, fairly pleasant hop feel. Soft fruity notes of apple. 6+
Appearance :
Top: medium top that left lace with rings on glass.
Base: clear amber.
Palate : medium bodied lager, soft , smooth textures with soft carbonation. Mild intensity.
Taste: mellow, easy going brew as it should be of such style. Hinted with toffee, and caramel. Slightly earthy notes at finish.

kamwitsta (553) - POLAND - FEB 6, 2016
Aroma: faint; a little malts, a little bit of bread. Appearance: golden, clear, head large, fine, and stable. Taste: ashy bitter, a little bit sweet and a little bit sour. Palate: body light; carbonation soft; finish bitter; mouth feel a little corrosive. Overall: nothing special at all.
