Pint at the brewpub. This is a nice clear copper color with a creamy one finger light tan head. A nice nose of American hops and caramel. Some nice caramel, fruit, floral, and pine flavors. Well brewed. jandd1983 (4680) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - MAY 30, 2011
Sampler at the brewpub. It poured a light brown color with small head. The aroma was of sweet malt. The flavor was carmel malt, with a hint of spices in the aftertaste. A very good Maibock. wxman (1865) - O’Fallon, Illinois, USA - MAY 1, 2010

Malty aroma, sweet malty taste. Not a bad Maibock. ......................... Indra (2710) - Suburbia, Kansas, USA - MAY 20, 2002
Dark copper/amber color. Malty aroma. Good fruity sweetness, nice hoppiness, too. Munich, Vienna and Caramel malts are what the brewer said was used. Very well balanced, in my opinion, and better than most maibocks in general!
