nuplastikk (6146) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 5, 2011
12oz bottle. Hazy orange-brown. Foamy, soapy head. The aroma is a little funky, Id assume spoiled. Still drinkable, even enjoyable. Pungent dark fruits and amber malt are accentuated. Nice effervescent mouthfeel, but the leathery aftertaste is just not right. Tastes like an Amber all the way. A little devolved, assumably better fresh. Herbal hop balance awash a sugary malt and yeast body.

taphandle (1135) - Texas, USA - FEB 4, 2011
Foamed over when opened even though it was chilled down to 38F. Cloudy and dark yellow with a huge head. Aroma of "dark" spice and yeast. Taste of lots of spice mixed with the Belgian yeast taste and more spice. I cant detect the high alcohol in it and overall, its very good.
