The 330 ml brown grenade bottle pours a cloudy, effervescent amber/orange bodied ale with a large, long-lasting white head that left excellent lacing. Aromas of light grain, orange rind and alcohol. Well-attenuated and dry through-and-through, this is a lively, medium-bodied ale, with a complex mid-palate flavor profile that expands as the beer warms to room temperature and the strong orange citrus elements give way to other fruit flavors like green apple and banana. The beer has a long, dry finish and an ABV of 9.0%. Overall, a very nice beer. gam (4000) - brisbane, AUSTRALIA - AUG 8, 2010

tasted a little of dog food or low quality meat, hope fully this was juast a badly stored bottle and not indicative of how the ale tastes! Sigmund (7754) - Tau, NORWAY - JUL 19, 2010
330 ml stubby bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård, Denmark. ABV is 9%. Golden colour, huge and lasting white head. Very nice initial fruity and spicy aroma, loses some its impact after a couple minutes in the glass. The flavour is sweet and spicy with noticeable hops, but the alcohol is not too well hidden. Could have been better, could have been worse. Proeferius (130) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - JUL 3, 2010

pours clear yellow with a nice head. medium carbonated. light bitter. light body. an enjoyable beer.
Bottle. Slightly hazy golden pour with a bubbly white head that lasts a while. Aroma is mainly of apples, pears and grain. Flavour nearly identical to aroma but with a little more spice. Mouthfeel is light and slick with high carbonation and a moderately dry, sweet finish. Not bad but not great either, this BSA is very similar to a good tripel. mcberko (18389) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 31, 2010
330mL bottle, pours golden orange with a big white. Aroma of yeast, citrus, banana and orange peel zest. Flavour of spice, orange peel and citrus, with hops on the finish. A bit thin on the mouthful and unbalanced, but still alright. Pinball (12183) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 13, 2010
clear yellow, huge white head that ends up being a bit fluffy.
nice mellow blended very belgian aroma of spices, banana, yellow fruits. comes off very well balanced and sort of velvety.
flavor is spicy, yellow fruity, strong from the alc, bitterhoppy towards the end, this doesn’t work very well as it ends up with banana and hops bitterness dominating in an unbalanced way. Seems like the spices and yellow fruits lasts shorter than the bitter banana. still a very good beer. jtclockwork (16831) - , New Jersey, USA - MAY 12, 2010
Very nice golden amber pour. Full beer. Nose and taste is spicy, some malts and hop bitterness. Rated 6/21/02 maupie (1101) - Roosendaal, NETHERLANDS - MAY 10, 2010
After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity not wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained normale carbonic acid in the glass.
The beer has a clear golden color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a fruity touch. This beer smells fruity.
