A benchmark for the style, great drinkability, you never get tired of it. Aroma is bread, hay, floral and doughy; taste is medium sweetness, with a light bitterness.
appearance: clear soft straw, fizzy bright white head, average lacing. aroma: grass, grain, corn, light lemon. taste: soft cereal grains, corn, light lemon, grass, and hay. finish: clean, crisp, slightly dry, full but effervescent palate. notes: Really nice one. Would drink again.

Clear gold beer with a thin fizzy bright white head. Nose of light lemon, straw, and subtle herbs. Flavor is light and crisp with some sweet corn, cracker, and a bit of citrus finished with a mild grassy bitterness. Light-bodied with medium carbonation, this is a quality, albeit fairly generic, lager. chrisjar (3) - - MAY 31, 2017 does not count

On tap at Augustiner am Gendarmenmarkt, Berlin. Pours very clear golden with a lasting, minimal, white head. The aroma contains hops, grass, malt, yeast and some sugar. It tastes light hoppy bitter, medium sweet with a medium long, grassy and sweet finish. Lively carbonation, medium body, creamy texture. beerstar88 (587) - Bavaria, GERMANY - MAY 7, 2017

Bottle, 0.5l. Clear golden pour with two finger soapy white head, quickly diminishing. Lasting thin layer on top, ok lacing. Grainy nose, grassy, malty sweet with a touch of earthy hops.
Medium body with regular carbonation, lively on the tongue. Mild bittersweet taste, a bit subdued and watery. Aroma of malts, grains, grass and earthy hops. Nice herbal notes. A bit of caramel in the aftertaste. Finish is slightly dry, mildly bitter and a bit peppery.
Overall, good beer. Nothing extraordinary about it, but it’s nicely balanced and clean. A good thirst quencher.
