UPDATED: FEB 15, 2018 Butelka. Aromat ciekawy, nieco przyprawowy, słodowe akcenty. W smaku lekko drożdże, po prostu lager z lekkim zjazdem w stronę przypraw korzennych.

UPDATED: FEB 10, 2018 Vollmundig und süffig, was will man mehr? Gezapft deutlich besser als aus der Flasche

[email protected] an der Frauenkirche, Dresden. Golden beer with a strong white head. The aroma is yeasty and dry. The flavour is dry with some yeastiness. Overall a nice beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear, golden colour, white head. Smell is grain and salt with light hop spiciness. Taste is watery with a light sweet bitter balance and fizz. Malty fullness, with subtle minerals. Lightly astringent finish.

Vom Fass. Golden with a big white head. Spicy hoppy aroma with a touch of malt and strong DMS. Sweetish malty flavour with herbal and spicy hops and a mild bitter finish.

Not a lot of information here on the label. Clear golden beer with short white head, smell is grass and sweetness, taste is light sweet, light malty, soft carbonation, grass, light body, boring, (I have 0.5l bottle with best-before 06.18 and batch L0820031J)

I really liked the Augustiner Hell, so I wanted to try this slightly stronger brother from this great brewery. It is very similar in my opinion, though with slightly more hops in the flavour, in accordance with the export style of lager. It pours like a classic golden Munich lager, with a dense but narrow head and bready notes coming off the smell. Like the Hell, it drinks very well--a richer, more honeyish lager, but lacking that indefinable metallic undertone which spoils the majority of straight lagers for me. Here, a strong fizz gives way to a lushly smooth mouthfeel. The flavour is bready and honeyed, with a discernible hops presence round the edges of the palate. Lovely stuff.

From Decervecitas. In Teku glass. Watching Dunkerke. Malt-forward beverage, with a clean and refreshing profile and very, very crushable. At first may seem flat, but you end wishing for another

Sweet and sour. Has a strong malt taste and aroma. Is not the every day kind of beer but it’s definitely the type of trying something different once in a while. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Augustiner “Edelstoff“, Flasche (50 cl).
