Sweet and strong beer. Not much complexity in the mix. Perfectly decent mind.

L: -pours a clear straw golden with a small to medium, foamy, white head -medium carbonation visible S: -peach,orange,spicy,grassy,honey,herb the nose + vanilla, grainy, bready -finishes dry -medium to high bitterniss for the style F: -medium to high carbonation -medium body -slight alcohol noticeable O: About as good as Pale Bocks can be. This offers enough bitterniss to balance out the usually overly sweet pale Bocks

(Bottle, 0.5 l - BBE 09/17, at St Urhos Pub, 20170725) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, grass, grain and honey. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, honey, grain, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A tasty balanced pale bock.

Pale gold, plenty of bubbles, but a rapidly shrinking white head. Very grassy aroma. Medium body and carb. Sweet malts and German hops. Hint of the alcohol strength at the end.

500 ml bottle served in mug. Bright golden, small head. Hay, grain and grass. Some lemon. Floral, sweet and a bit metallic. Smooth and easy to drink. Medium body, slick mouthfeel and soft carbonated. Not bad.

UPDATED: MAY 10, 2017 Bottle, thanks jonas! Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is honey, pale malts, hay. Taste is honey, some malt sweetness, grassy, with a warming finish. Medium carbonation, oily mouthfeel, crazily well hidden alcohol. Flawless, but also a bit boring Heller Bock.
