ganache (6029) - New Jersey, USA - SEP 19, 2012
After missing it the last two times around, I’d given up hope of ever getting to try this - but here it is! Bottle by 02.13. Lightly sweet nose has thin caramel, lightly spicy. Very pale clear yellow body (?) with a soapy bright white head. Taste is sweet malt and floral hops, actually getting some balance here, spicy with a touch of warmth. Lightish body but a little heavier/boozier than other Munich O-fest beers.

hawanna (3344) - Freising, GERMANY - SEP 15, 2012
0,5 l bottle. Best before 02/13 bread, cereal, grass, herbs, alcohol, amber, clear, rocky head, white foam, medium sweetness, lightly sour, medium body, creamy, sticky, average carbonation, long finish, bitter,

birrabona (221) - ITALY - SEP 15, 2012
pale yellow. brillant. different of past years , more drinkable. good ingredients and kind of making it.

Mariusz (12088) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - AUG 8, 2012
Pours amber with a small, off-white head. Malty nose. Medium-bodied, sweetish with notes of roasted malt and caramel.

I’ve got this beer in a bottle from a friend who bought it at Oktoberfest. It has clear golden look with minimal white head. It has light bitter taste and because of that you can really enjoy this beer. Very drinkable.

BlackHaddock (7562) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - APR 25, 2012
Brown 500ml bottle, very close to its best before date (end of Jan 2010, drank mid Jan 2010). Poured twice into a ’La Chouffe’ stemmed tulip glass. Mid gold/pilsner yellow in colour, paler than the draught version if my memory serves me correctly. Same white head sat on top though. Slightly sweet malt aroma, otherwise very little smell comes from the beer. Very easy to drink with a good marzen fel and taste to it, not rich, but heavy and deep in its flavours. I must admit the fresh draught version in a litre stein at the Munich O’fest is a whole lot better, but you can’t review while drinking at the O’fest can you?

Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - JAN 5, 2012
it’s yellow golden with a small head, and the aroma has notes of malt, grain, light straw and fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness and the same notes as the aroma + a touch of alcohol. The finish is dry.

Saurononline (135) - Madrid, SPAIN - JAN 4, 2012
Really enjoyable in Wiesn. One of the better tents and the beer goes with it.

erschiuma (67) - ITALY - OCT 22, 2011
