Pale yellow colour with thin white head.
Malty aroma with tone of hops. Some acidity.
Sweet flavour with some hoppy tones and long bitter finish.

UPDATED: SEP 8, 2017 Tap at Augustianer Schlankhaus Dresden. Wzorcowo, ziolowo, lekko slodowe, z wyraźną goryczka, idealnie pijalne.

Pours a nice golden color. Somewhat grassy and hoppy with a nice malt taste to it. A great refresher although the Bayern locals told me the Augustiner Edelstoff is seen as a better version of this one. Good beer.

mattphilips (801) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JUL 1, 2011

Balazs (787) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - SEP 13, 2011
Poured clear, pretty much yellow with a nice white foam. Straw, honey, yeast in the nose. Obviously not very complex, but decent aroma for a pilsner. Medium body and carbonation. Honey sweet taste with matching bitterness. Nothing jumps at me here, but it never promised more, so this is a good one in my book. Refreshing, but not boring.

massingasetta (780) - München, GERMANY - JUN 7, 2015
It is somewhat of a sin to drink a Pils from a Munich brewery, it seems the popularity of Pils in general has brought about them also offering this. It is not half bad though. A good Pils that has a herbal taste very typical of the style. Not a premium pils but surely drinkable.

0.33 l bottle. Very interesting Pilsener from Bavaria... Intensive taste and arome, I just love it....

Didn’t take tasting notes. Just wrote down the score so I’m typing just enough words.

BitchesBrew (716) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - MAY 1, 2008
[massive amounts consumed throughout Munich] Very clear, yellow body. Head is dense, very long-lasting. Aroma of slight sulfur, mildly bitter. Flavors are light, pale malts, more sulfur/yeast character and a bit of residual sweetness. Finishes with a nice crisp bitterness.

3.4
FireGlider (706) - Zagreb, CROATIA - SEP 30, 2017
UPDATED: SEP 30, 2017 Clear yellow color with big white head. Light grain aroma with grain bitterness. Quite pleasant and easy going beer.
