Aroma: lovely meadow like feel, my kind of Noble hop set up. Classic set up. 7+
Appearance : 3+
Top: medium top, white in colour. Glass market with lace and rings.
Base: clear gold.
Palate : delicate Pils, mild soft body. A hoppier Helles like.
Taste: Mellower than expected. Beyond that, very clean work. Soft body softens meadow hops even further.

UPDATED: APR 9, 2017 Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy, flowery and spicy hops, pale malts. Taste is green spicy hops, earthy pale malts. Soft oily mouthfeel. A very nice Pils, I would say a better Pils than their Helles is a Helles.

(Bottle, thanks mybestfriend) Pours yellow with a white head. The aroma is of herbal and grassy hops alongside a dry-ish, grainy, hay-like and bready malt profile. Light wet cardboard oxidation. Hints of corn, otherwise a typical German nose. The flavour is light sweet to dry and medium bitter. Almost black tea like bitterness. Dry, grainy and hay-ish malt. The mouthfeel is clean with a medium carbonation. Lingering, hoppy and bitter finish. Light to medium bodied.

The bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass also. Starts strong, a bit sharp-sourish, hoppy and dry. Finish a bit milder, more spicy. Well balanced and quite drinkable. Not bad!
