On-tap at Gasthaus zur Schranne. Hazy orange golden with a big creamy head. Aroma of fruity esters, banana and bubblegum. Sweetish, fruity, yeasty, some off-flavors, notes of almonds and alcohol. Medium-bodied, fizzy. Mediocre Hefeweizen.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Orange coloured beer with a nice big head on top. Yeast, fruits and wheat at both the smell and taste, in a pretty decent moderated way combined. A bit less of carbonation at the taste. A decent mostly sweet aftertaste with some nice wheat and yeast finding the way up. Nothing really special, but a decent beer.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle. A light fruity smell, some banana. The head is medium large, white and foamy, rather fast disappearing. The body is light orange. The taste is light fruity, a little bit sour in the beginning. The body is creamy and gets drier later on, it is light with a lively carbonation. A normal but rather boring beer.

Buona!

(on bottle)Where´s the weat in this brew? It is malty sweet to the no, like any brew, but the weat is very far away from here. Acidic finish. Gotta move on, bye.

Sampled in Fussen. A pretty good brew. Well crafted and lots of wheat. A crisp drink with a smooth aftertaste. Not bad.
