UPDATED: JUL 29, 2017 Clear straw pour with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet grain, band aid, and light grass. Taste follows the nose with an extra hint of lemony citrus. Light and and dry.

Clear brilliant golden with a foamy tight white head. Semisweet honey and Pilsner malt and gentle grassy tones on the nose with a clean lagerish backbone. Flavor is much the same; clean, light german grainy, gentle honey, gentle leafy hops, and a gently sweet crisp pilsnerish finish. Delightful.

UPDATED: OCT 31, 2016 On draft at the brewery. Pours clear straw yellow with a small white head. Slight orange aroma. Heavier mouth feel than I would traditionally like for the style but it is a nice biscuit malt background. Slight bitterness. Tastes like they might be using something other than a noble hop. Average carbonation.

Sampled at GABF 2016 with Andrew, Paul and Larry. Thanks again to Fly for the heads up on these guys - easily one of my favorite brewery booths at GABF 2016. Pours a bright, clear golden body with white lacing. Nose is light pils, soft grass, spice and corn. Mouthfeel is clean, light bodied and crisp with notes of dry grass, corn cereal, pale malt and spft spice. Solid pilsner.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is grass, straw, corn. Medium body, grass, pine, corn malt, light bitterness, good.

(En fût à la brasserie): Une présence fromagée étoffée, quelques modestes épices et des zestes de citrons frais. Superbe introduction à cette brasserie.

Nice light malty aroma. Not strong. Super clear, nice head, straw. Taste is crisp and refreshing. I don’t love this style but this is pretty good.

corn has a place in all our lives .. . gold yellow .. mild head, good lacing .. . corn and cereal, hay .. medium crispness, sweetness gets in the way of a real refresher but tasty none the less .. . .

Hazy golden. Big white foam. Crisply bitter and grassy aroma. Crisp lightly bitter flavor with a lack of corn. Good cheap beer.
