Flavor swoops in (cue EAGLE SCREAM), grabs you by the face and flies you through the hop rainbow. At the peak of the ride it swoops back to earth and gently drops you back on your bar stool where you are refreshed, excited and ready to ride again. It’s hoppy, bold and American. More bitter than a Cleveland Cavs Fan.
Hops: Summit, Columbus, Centennial, Amarillo
Malts: Pils, C-40, C-60, Wheat
Yeast: American Ale

12 oz can. Refreshing ipa. Doesnt have the maltiness that some get. Pours golden and is very drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pretty mediocre IPA. I like a lot of Austin Beer Works offerings, but this one isn't very impressive. Needs a little more bite. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Good ipa. Hoppie yet somewhat light. Nothing out of ordinary but good. Austin beers going down smooth

Pours copper orange with a small white head. Aroma of citrus and flowers. Slight citrus flavor up front with a smooth bitter finish.

Lean and mean IPA. Great pour with nose of hops on the floral-flower side. Taste is very well balanced with pleasant dry finish. Great IPA.

Good malty base with a nice hoppiness and slight citrus note. It’s an IPA that actually refreshes, and it works well in hot and humid Texas.

Malty canned ipa. Pours w tons of foam. More like a Cali pale ale. Similar to Sierra Nevada. Decent ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours clear amber with large white head out of can. Strong hoppy aroma with a floral note. Strong hop taste with a smooth finish. Not much flavor going on besides the hops. Good beer but wish it was a bit more complex. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sampled at BTBF. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a small white head. Aromas are hop forward with citrusy, floral, dank hops, cantaloupe, lots of Centennial notes, very light DMTS (green onion), and a touch resiny. Flavors are floral, citrusy, dry and dank. Very fresh hop profile. Medium bubbles and dry. I’d pick up a few 6 packs of this if it were locally available and this fresh.

Like the others I have had from these guys nothing to wow you but totally well done beers. Pretty flat nose but some nice orange citrus hops and honey as it warmed. Solid malt core and nice bitter finish. Tasty.
