COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Flavor swoops in (cue EAGLE SCREAM), grabs you by the face and flies you through the hop rainbow. At the peak of the ride it swoops back to earth and gently drops you back on your bar stool where you are refreshed, excited and ready to ride again. It’s hoppy, bold and American. More bitter than a Cleveland Cavs Fan.
Hops: Summit, Columbus, Centennial, Amarillo
Malts: Pils, C-40, C-60, Wheat
Yeast: American Ale

Clear golden in color with a big, white head that goes down fast but leaves a good amount of lacing. Smells like citrus hops and bready malt. The malt comes out first with those citrus hops playing around on your tongue. Then the bitterness builds slowly until it lingers at a high intensity after swallowing, but the hops aren’t overwhelmingly bitter thoughout. I think this is one of the most balanced and consistent ipas I’ve come across.

UPDATED: JAN 14, 2018 Salty Sow, Austin: pours orange with a white head. Aroma is grapefruit and citrus. Standard bitter IPA. Solid in all respects.

Can thanks to darbeer75. Pours clear deep gold with a white, foamy head. Aroma is pine, caramel, lightly fruity. Taste is crisply bitter, turning still more bitter almost acrid at the finish. Body is medium with a moderate carbonation. Lightly warming. Not bad but I prefer my IPAs more bittersweet than bitter and with a little more malt to the balance.

From a can. Slight malt sweetness blends well with the pine, grapefruit and orange flavours.

Can. Pour is a pale hazy orange with an average white head and decent lacing. Aroma is citrus and pine. Mildly sweet. Taste is slightly soapy with big pine and grapefruit flavors. Oranges are there as well as a mild caramel sweetness. Avg thickness and seem dry.
