The beer I hoped they would brew - clean and super hoppy and balanced. CitrusEEE indeed. Did I say hoppy? Yeh, thought I did. Why do these disappear from my glass so quickly?

Dark amber with a thick off-white head. It’s slightly sweet and thick which gives it a good balance with all those hops.

colinize (317) - Dallas, Texas, USA - AUG 31, 2012
Pours dark amber. Floral hops and subtle yeast on the nose. Bitter, crisp, not much in the way of Belgian flavors. Really delicious though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - JUL 22, 2012
On tap at the Draught House. Drank alongside the regular version of this beer, Missile Dropkick. The beer pours a deep red color with a tan head. The aroma has some nice floral hop notes, as well as some orange and sweet malt. The flavor has a good bit of Belgian yeast, as well as some sweet toffee, juicy orange and a hint of pine. The alcohol is very noticeable. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Appearance: cloudy copper with a small khaki head Aroma: plenty of grapefruit, bit of syrup Taste: Belgian yeast is present, but not alone. Big mouthfeel, flavor expands on the tongue. Almost like a funky wild fermentation. Not a lot of hop! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

slimchill (1044) - Austin, Texas, USA - JUN 10, 2012
Draught. Juicy hop aroma. Clear copper with a thin head and nice lacing. Huge hit of hops up front with very low bitterness. Sweet fruit notes sweep across the palate with a loooong finish. Lots of citrus and tropical fruit. Very clean. Not much yeast character. Full bodied.
