On tap at flying saucer Houston. P clear clean gold. Nose is crisp yeast and straw. Taste is similar w more of a bite than expected from a pils. Lots of rind (?) To break up the pure pils taste which was interesting but not necessarily a welcome deviation.
12oz can. Medium off-white head atop crystal clear pale straw body. Aroma is mild, medium sweet, bread, some spicy, light orange/lemon. Taste is medium sweet, grass/spicy, some lemon, bread. Clean light body, light acidity. The description is accurate - there’s almost no aftertaste despite the noticeable bitterness. That may appeal to some, but I’m not looking to forget what I’m drinking as I’m drinking it. Andrew196 (1851) - Katy, Texas, USA - MAY 10, 2017
Pours a slightly tinted yellow gold, thin bubbly white head. Aroma of grain and apples. Crisp and easy to drink but doesn’t skimp on some lingering flavor. Grassiness, straw, apples, trace of florals. Solid take on the style. ehaak26 (478) - - APR 8, 2017
