COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
American style wheat with a twist. Hints of orange peel and gracious amounts of vanilla will hit both the nose and palate. Medium body and light in color, a session for the whole year. A hybrid wheat, a mix of a hefeweizen and wheat cream ale.

Bland. All the additions added little. 5.2% ABV is reasonable. Sessionable only if you are thirsty!

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 5/18/2017. Pours very hazy golden orange color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing cling on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of vanilla, orange peel, lemon, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, and biscuit; with lighter notes of honey, pepper, clove, banana, bubblegum, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big vanilla, orange peel, lemon, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, and biscuit; with lighter notes of honey, pepper, clove, banana, bubblegum, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal bitterness and yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of vanilla, orange peel, lemon, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, biscuit, honey, pepper, clove, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Slight dryness from bitter/spiciness, lightly increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/creamy, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is a very nice spiced pale wheat ale style. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink. A lot of vanilla presence as advertised; with nice yeast, orange peel, and malt balance. Very flavorful for the ABV. Had more yeast character than I expected for the style. A very enjoyable offering.

bottle. Golden with one finger head. Wheat ale with citrus and vanilla, comes across a tad artificial. Slight bitterness in the finish. Interesting, but I wouldn’t seek this out again.

Pours a brownish copper with a thin white head. Aroma is light vanilla. Flavor is same. Some wheat but vanilla stands out. Not too sweet. Well carbonated with a light body. Interesting.

At Charlevoix Craft Beer Festival. Pours gold with a white head. Vanilla, wheat and orange peel in the taste and aroma. Good stuff.
