The Calafate fruit is a gift from the southern gods to the patagonian people. Thanks to that fruit, their long walking journeys never stopped, just like the production of this unique beer. (Translation from Spanish by Panzerfaust)

A great example of a chilean craft beer. Sweet, soft carbonation, taste some blue berries, not so bitter and quite mouthful. Highly recommended!

Me encanto esta cerveza, tuve la oportunidad de probarla en un viaje que hice a San Pedro Atacama. Una excelente cerveza para acompañar con todo tipo de nueces. Me encaro su sabor y aroma.

Aroma: Sweet plant/herb. Almost like a buchu beer, but less sharp. Malty sweetness, but also a berry/cherry. Appearance: Clear copper body. Off-white, thin head. Good lacing. Initial Flavour: Initial bitter, then herb/plant (Calafate) then candy... Weird! Finishing Flavour: Light bitterness, medium-light sweetness. Berry/cherry Palate: Medium body, medium carbonation. thickness/astringent Overall: Very nice! The complex flavours are amazing. There is something in the mounthfeel that I am not fond of, but otherwise a great beer! 330 ml bottle, poured. Thanks Andre! 21A. Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer

small frothy offwhite head. fair lacing. mostly diminishing. clear average-density amber body. aroma: moderate hoppy, flowers, tea, red fruits. if and ff: moderate sweet light bitter; average duration. palate: light medium body, watery texture, medium carbonation, metallic finish. Bebida um dia após o vencimento. 4,90 AmS. Dulçor frutado traz leve presença de frutas vermelhas, a exemplo do aroma. Bem refrescante. Ótima session beer. Alta drinkability. Grata surpresa. Lembra também um pouquinho de chá. Sem defeitos de vencimento.80 s

A very original beer. The berry aroma is very noticeable, but not intrusive. Taste is a little sweet, but a little tart also. The berry flavour gives this beer a very unique touch. I liked it, even if I woudn’t drink more than one or 2 bottles at a sitting.

Bottled in Castro, on Chiloe. Color is clear dark amber with thick head which leaves nice lacing. Aroma is sweetened with toufee and berries . Sweet and straight taste but not bitter a sort of unusual composition. Very enjoyable

Pretty good beer if you like a sweet one. Pours a crimson red with descent head. Aroma of Calafate as you would expect... Sweet and but well balanced, good complexity and low carbonation. Not bad at all!!!
