COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Its all about the hops. In this case Australian Galaxy hops. Used in the kettle, the fermenter and in maturation to give a big hit of enticing citrus and passion fruit flavours but without too much bitterness to slow you down.

Hazy pale golden, medium soapy head and sticky lacing. Aroma of mango, lovely. Thin to the palate, well carbonated, tastes of tropical fruits (mango and passion fruit), notes of lemon and very low bitterness. Enjoyable juice.

Rating #2413 - 2016.04.09 - Can from MLCC. Clear golden pour, steady white foam that bubbles away slowly to a soapy ring. Aroma is pineapple, lemon rind, passionfruit. Taste is a mild sweetness, citrus juice, and a faint bitterness.

Can - Light earthy and spicy hops with biscuit. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Light earthy hops and a dry finish. OK, but I dont really get the fruity notes, may be a bit old.

On tap at the Australian Brewery, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and floral hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with biscuity malt and floral hops. Dry and clean, but forgettable.

Draught at the brewery. Cloudy straw colour. Fresh, melony, grapefruit nose. Sweeter palate with moderate bitterness. Fresh-tasting and bright. Nice balance.

I guess Ill have to go to Australia to get the really good Australian craft beers as they dont seem to be ordered by the Manitoba Liquor Commission. Pale yellow body, fizzy foamy ample white head some lacing. Faint but pleasant aroma of citrus and tropical fruit. Taste is slighty-bitter, some citrus, lactose, yeast, but watery as well. Okay only.
