Bonne, mais timide. mcberko (18930) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 9, 2016
On tap at the Australian Brewery, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and floral hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with biscuity malt and floral hops. Dry and clean, but forgettable. ljthiessen (1437) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - JAN 17, 2016
Can. Very cloudy golden yellow pour with a thick white head. Aroma is very fruity and bright, citrus and tropical fruit. Taste is flavourful and dry, citrus zest and other subtle fruit. A really nice pale ale. Oakes (18756) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 8, 2016
Draught at the brewery. Cloudy straw colour. Fresh, melony, grapefruit nose. Sweeter palate with moderate bitterness. Fresh-tasting and bright. Nice balance. northropfrye (3688) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - DEC 9, 2015
I guess I’ll have to go to Australia to get the really good Australian craft beers as they don’t seem to be ordered by the Manitoba Liquor Commission. Pale yellow body, fizzy foamy ample white head some lacing. Faint but pleasant aroma of citrus and tropical fruit. Taste is slighty-bitter, some citrus, lactose, yeast, but watery as well. Okay only.

Light gold with a decent white head. Not much in the aroma, light citrus and biscuity malt. The taste has even less strength, I’m not getting much hop at all and little to excite. It goes down without a whimper. Came off like a pale lager with light fruit/pine hop. A bit pricey for what it is to bother trying again. shoulderbroken (4256) - Tokyo, JAPAN - OCT 12, 2015
Can from Natural Lawson. Light and fruity aroma, lemon. Taste is similar, quite nice, but lacking something. Lemony hops again, bit of biscuit, but the whole thing feels quite light and airy. Easy drinking but would have preferred it with a bit of a kick. Morboso (146) - AUSTRALIA - SEP 18, 2015
Pretty good piney skunk aroma, medium well balanced body with a comfortable amount of bitterness and a reasonably clean finish. Better than I expected. petewhitley (570) - Nagoya, JAPAN - JUN 28, 2015
floral, citrus, banana, golden, hazy, frothy, light sweetness, lightly sour, light body, fizzy, bitter. Deliciously fruity aroma, reminiscent of those dried fruits that are packaged with nuts. Very zesty in the mouth. Exceptionally refreshing. Not what I think of when I see the words "Pale Ale", but I’m certainly not disappointed. floydian1 (1490) - FNQ, Australia, - JUN 8, 2015
355ml can. Hazy pale yellow colour with a stable medium-sized white head. Aroma is fruity with passionfruit and pineapple to the fore on top of a light malt bill. Taste is similar with a mild-to-moderate fruity hop bitterness. A solid pale ale in the mould of Stone & Wood’s Pacific Ale (but not as good).
