Wenig süßer, trocken bananig-hefiger Antrunk. Herb-wässriger Mittelteil, spritzig, leicht steigend hefig. Sehr trockener Nachgeschmack. Einfach, ok. 8/8/9/8/9/8

Bottle. Hazy amber color with creamy eggshell head. Aroma is bananas, toffee, touch bubblegum. Taste is bananas, straw, toffee. Silky mouthfeel, medium carbonation. A bit unbalanced in flavour, but the aroma is very nice!

50cl €1,10 Stadelbauer MHD? - Easily drinkable crossover of caramel Keller, light-palated Bernsteinweizen and naturtrüber Apfelsaft... caramelised yellow apple flesh and its slightly sulphurous skin merge well with Hallertauer nettle noble hops. Does not fill you up like a soggy whitebread brick, taking its cue from Keller rather than Weisse in that. Dryish, with a lieblich Apfelmost zing to it. Dennoch bodenständig, sans pyrotechnics or transcendence.
