Blank Sample can courtesy of Adam Avery. Pours reddish copper, no head. Nose is fruity, juicy, red apple, strawberry, grape juice, mild pine. Super easy to drink, very light, mild bitterness on the palate. This could easily be my new everyday beer! It literally has the drinkability like a lager, but with way better flavor! mfrato (110) - - JUL 15, 2013
On tap at brewery. Surprisingly good for a 3.5. Hoppy aroma and a light refreshing body. A beer for after mowing the lawn. alexsdad06 (10640) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - JUL 6, 2013
Draft at Dutch’s. Pours a clear golden amber color with a small off-white head. The aroma has pine and grassy hops. The flavor has pine and grassy hops, dry toasted malts with decent bitterness to the finish for what it is. Very nice session pale ale. peteinSD (1469) - San Diego, California, USA - MAY 31, 2013
On tap. Looks, smells, and drinks like a bitter pale ale with pine and a dry malt backbone. Clean mouthfeel. There’s a lot of taste in here for a low ABV beer - well done. Dogbrick (13547) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAY 26, 2013
Sample at The Daily Growler. This beer pours a hazy pale golden color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of citrusy hops, toasted malt and a bit of spice. The finish is mildly bitter with a grapefruit and hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft to taster at Dutch’s. Looks good for a session APA; a transparent golden-orange with thin off-white lacing. Smells solid; nice and (bitterly) hoppy. Tastes like it smells with a solid mouthfeel. A good low-abv beer. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 5, 2013
On tap. Labeled "3point5". Clear golden orange color. Thin off-white head, good lace. Nice grassy hop nose. Light body. Good smooth, kind of crisp carbonation. More dry finish. Satisfying moderate bitter taste. Satisfying hoppy session ale. 3point5 earns its 3.5. The industry needs more beers like this. brokensail (16633) - Dublin, California, USA - MAY 1, 2013
Light amber pour with a white head. Strong floral hop aromas, citrus zest, and spice. Sweet bread, some toast, and hints of biscuit. Maybe a bit of tea, too. Light flavor of floral and grassy hops, tea, and toasted bread. Moderate citrus notes, hints of biscuit, and a subtle bitterness. theisti (4177) - Kansas, USA - APR 29, 2013
12 oz draft at the Avery tap room in Bolder, Colorado. The pour is golden copper, mostly clear with a white head. The aroma is fresh floral hops matched with a crackery light malt grain. The taste is the balance of fresh floral hops and cracker malt. The palate is light bodied, soft carbonation, and a dry mineral aftertaste. Nice stuff, had two pints of this on a beautiful spring afternoon, on the Avery patio.
