Pour on tap at Avery Sourfest 2012, dark reddish pour with thin off white head, aroma brought notes of funky red grape, slight lactic and tart notes, hints of berry, tart fruits, slight caramel and toffee, hints of vanilla as well. Taste is a mix of tart berries, funky dusty basement notes with a fairly lactic middle, slight earthy tones finishing fairly tart. @ Avery Sourfest 2012. Murky golden/copper, thin bubbly head. Funky floral/herbal aroma with some sour zesty tones. Flavor is light and crisp, but earthy and clean with some light crisp sour tones and an apple note in there.

On tap at Avery Sour Fest poured a cloudy gold with a lasting creamy white head. Aromas of horseblanket, bread and citrus. Palte was ligt bodied and crisp with a dry tart finish. Flavors of citrus, horseblanket and light bread with a crisp dry tart finish.

Tap at 3rd Annual Boulder SourFest (06-02-2012). Poured a glowing orange with no head. Aroma is wood, tannin, funk, and brett. Taste follows the aroma with hints of sour funk, wood, cherry, grape, and some alcohol. Tastes better than it smells and the body is medium with high carbonation. Tap @ Avery SourFest III. Orangish/red appearance with an off white head. Somewhat vinous, sweet malty, lightly spicy, a bit fruity, boring aroma.
