Stone Sour Fest, San Diego 2009.
Aroma reminded me of orange blossoms and the taste was mostly bitterness. Some spices in there as well. The body was clear orange. KAggie97 (3529) - Ugly, Hot, and Humid Spring, Texas, USA - OCT 1, 2009

2009 release, sampled at the brewery during GABF week. Tart, fruity, sweet, vinous aroma, some trace of the port, with hints of grape, cherry, honey, toast and wood. Clear light-medium amber color, head is off-white and fine. Flavor is strongly winey and woody with some lighter sour touches, lots of grape, honeyish sweetness, perhaps some faint peppery alcohol and late tannins. Acidic, dry, amply carbonated palate, very full body. Interesting, unique stuff. bu11zeye (13215) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JUL 26, 2009
