COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The hallmark of Belgian Triples are fruity esters balanced with a dry finish that fall in the range of 7-9% ABV. And for this years 19th anniversary celebratory brew, we decided to create a stylistically perfect beersomething unusual considering our penchant for producing eccentric beers that defy styles or categories.

In excited anticipation of 20 years and the new brewery, we concocted this very traditional, yeast driven, dry and fruity Tripel.

Hop Variety: Bravo, Czech Saaz
Malt Variety: Two-row barley, Wheat, Oats
Yeast Variety: Achouffe

Bomber. Poured hazy lighter golden with a tall, stark white head.. fine sediment suspended in there. The aroma picked up lemon zest, white pepper, cloves, and white vinous notes over crusty bread and a pinch of honey.. a touch on the assertive side, but I enjoyed it. The flavor found more of the honey than the nose indicated along with some pale malt at the core.. spicy, strong, and gripping notes around (cloves, white pepper, banana, and ginger).. finished strong with overripe banana, cloves, and light fruit skins. Medium-bodied with more filling carbonation on the palate.. this was good, especially if youre looking for a sugary, aggressive tripel (and I was kind of in the mood).

For my third anniversary on this here website. Bomber, bottled in April 2012. Pours cloudy gold with a large white lacy head with good retention. Aroma consists of doughy bread, clove, tart berries, earth. Taste starts out lightly sweet, turns sour, then finishes bitter. Much more bitter and hoppy than most Belgian examples. Flavor is a bit fruity (apples?). A really nice tripel with an American bent.

Pours a hazy yellow with active carbonation and a white head. Aroma of banana. Taste is sweet with a tight bitterness. And a clean aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Fruity aroma with belgian yeast and funk. Pours a beautiful golden colour with a quickly dissipating off white head, with good carbonation. Up front you get some of that fruity, peach flavor that soon gives way to that belgian yeast character followed by a little bit of funk, and some alcohol at the very end, and a dry finish. Overall, a very enjoyable beer, but does not hang in there with the best of them, however I would buy again.

Draft at ginger man. Wit like Belgian style (a little surprised to see it is a tripel). Wheat, orange peel, honey, a little pith. Nice gold pour. Good, and grows on you too.

Bottle. Pour is gold with no head/lace. Aroma of grass, belgo yeast, bread, citrus. Taste is sweet, malty, grassy, citrus, fruity esters, bubblegum, light booze. Palate is slick, low carbonation, sweet finish. Not dry enough; needs work.
