22oz bottle from Binny’s Lincoln Park. Pours a cloudy, bright golden-orange colored body with a finger-width, frothy, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is big doughy Belgian yeast, pale malts, a light herbal hopping, some banana esters, and a light clove phenol. A light pear and orange fruitiness. Flavor is similar. Big doughy Belgian yeast up front with a bready pale malt backing. Some lemon and orange citruses with a nice pear as well as a light clove spice and banana ester in the middle. Herbal hopping gives this a medium-light bitterness and helps it dry pretty nicely. Finishes with lots of doughy yeast, clove, and a bit of a zesty lemon citrus. Lengthy aftertaste following a medium body and a medium-light carbonation with just a slight alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent tripel. Lots of doughy yeast, a pleasant dry herbal hopping, some clove and banana, and a light fruity zestiness. Nice beer. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUN 10, 2012
On tap. Good white head, leaving plenty lace. Nice hazy bright yellow color. Nice light fine carbonation, good crispness. Nice dry finish. Easy to drink, refreshing even, yet more of a full body. Fruity citrus peel, nice spice, good yeast body - really nice flavor. Something like bread dipped in the olive oil dish at an Italian restaurant, with good amount of pepper over sprinkled over top. That savory component, but it refrains from being too heavy with that light bright zesty sweetness, and crisp body. I really like this. It’s hot and humid here, but I’m in the shade with a fan, and this is hitting the spot.

Pours a golden copper color in the glass. It has a floral and citrus aroma, very refreshing. Taste has some banana’s, spice and carbonation. I’m surprised at the high alcohol content because it doesn’t taste that strong.
Good beer though. Aml42000 (622) - Washington, USA - JUN 5, 2012
Cloudy golden color with a fluffy white head. Looks like Witbier or Saison. Herbal aromatics. Disappointing palate, a bit soapy. Herbs overwhelm everything. TheBeerGod (6224) - Newport News, Virginia, USA - JUN 5, 2012
Bottle. Hazy gold with a rapidly dissipating white head. Aroma is sweet with tropical fruit, floral hops, yeast, candi sugar, sweet malt, sponge cake notes and soft spice. Taste is sweet malt, wheat notes, bubblegum, dusty yeast, dried flowers, floral hops, tropical fruit, rum cake, and candi sugar. Body is medium with a strong, bubbly carbonation and a mild alcohol warmth. Ends with more yeast notes, malt, candi sugar, straw, soft booze, sponge cake, and light spice. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JUN 5, 2012
(Draught) Pours a cloudy golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, herbs, florals, soap, banana, light medicinal, and citrus. Flavor of yeast, grain, straw, pear, herbs, and peach. thegreenrooster (4402) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - JUN 2, 2012
Pour is a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is cloves, banana and some fruity esters. Flavor is the same, lots of clove and banana with some spicy fruit and sugar. What ever yeast they used really did its thing. A little low carbonation compared to some Belgian triples but this is quite tasty.
