3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: JUL 7, 2017 Peaches jasmine and honey. Predominant smell of honey mead. Taste is jasmine spice, peach on the back end and very mead forward. Amazing saison that has stood the test of time at five years old for this rating.
22 oz bottle shared, thanks Ratman! Golden appearance with slight haze and a white head. Aroma of peaches, toasted malt, mild herbal spices, light fruity esters and a hint of honey. Similar flavor, adding mild to moderate sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body with a balanced finish. This is drinking pretty well overall. walleye (1102) - Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA - NOV 30, 2015

bottle. Pale golden with one finger head. Probably a bit past its prime. I can taste the hint of some peach. There’s a nice funk that has developed. Mild in flavor. DrnkMcDermott (3130) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - FEB 18, 2014
Bottled May 2009, lightening my cellar Feb. 2014. Opened over the sink in case of gusher, which of course guaranteed I wouldn’t get one. Pours a big white head that settles over a darker, almost honey colored beer. Smell carries a little honey with it. But I get an overall impression of dustiness. Possibly the jasmine breaking down. What else to expect after five years? The honey does come through pretty nicely. Peach seems to be hard to pick up under the best conditions, here it tastes like a bit of thickened apricot juice. Some of that may also be the yeast having done its job and pooping out. Still, it was pleasant enough drinking, though the bubbles were packed pretty tightly. Just means I need to weed the saisons out of my cellar along with the DIPAs. hotstuff (5232) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - JAN 30, 2014
Rated on 12-30-2009 and bottled May, 2009. This beer forms a very fizzy white head with a lengthy retention, hazy yellow body, visible carbonation, and one ring of lacing. The Aroma is yeasty, sweet, fruity, peaches, honey, and spicy. The Taste is sweet, yeasty, peaches, honey, and spicy. The Palate is tingly and this beer is medium bodied. In conclusion, this beer is quaffable and worth trying. I recommend trying this and it is a beer I would drink again.

A pretty decent saison. Much fruitier and less dry than the average saison. Peaches, citrus and bread. boto (2261) - Granby, Connecticut, USA - JUL 13, 2013
22oz. bomber: Hiding in the back of the fridge. This one pours a clear golden color. There was a small white head that lingered a short while. The nose is good. Earthy and grassy notes are the main items. Some spices with a hint of peaches. The taste is good. Very clean and crisp. Hints of citrus and peaches to the taste. Somewhat lighter body. Slightly spicy and just a bit dry. A very nice beer! thinp (21) - Kansas city, Kansas, USA - NOV 25, 2012
