Just had a small sample at the Yard House. Wasn’t in the sour mood but this was still quite nice. A good sour with defined apricot. Definitely worthy of greater exploration when in the sour mood.

Bottle from Cap Tap. Pours apricot with a sourish apricot aroma. There is a very sour malty apricot flavor. This thing is all apricot. Pretty good.

Bomber shared by Marcus. Pours hazy dark orange gold. It really smells like apricot. Med body or better. Flavor is tart apricot. Really apricot. This could be breakfast juice. Just excellent.

Bottle - Stonefruit and some sour notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Soured stone fruit, a bit hammy and not fresh but decent.

22 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of apricots, oak and a bit of wild yeast. Flavour is very tart and rather acidic, with lots of tart apricots, some lacto and tons of acidity. Very fruity, tart and acidic, with an oaky character on the finish. Very nice stuff.

Hazy yellow to orange appearance with a white head. Aroma of sour funk, stone fruits, light barnyard, light vanilla and a hint of toasted oak. Similar flavor, fruity and sour with a tart, puckering mouth feel. Nicely done.

Bomber to snifter (shared with the Mrs.). Looks good; a very cloudy dark apricot with lively carbonation and fizzy off-white head that dissipates into thin lacing fairly quickly. Smells and tastes tart and mildly funky with notes of apricot alongside a bit of oak. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied and pleasantly tart and sour. Enjoyable.

On tap at Tapology in Corpus Christi. Hazy amber orangish with a small off-white head. Aroma of apricot, hay, and cream. Tastes fruity and nice and tart. Medium bodied and slick.
