No 26. Conceived in the alley. Born under a roof on Nautilus. Where "drain" isn’t just a noun but finally, once again, a verb as well. FINALLY!

Bottled in 2015 - poured into goblet. Pours a rich gold with red hints and 1 finger head. Aroma of lactic and some hints of the cab sauv barrels. Taste is pleasantly tart - not overwhelming and well balanced by the fruit and malty notes. I like this a whole lot.

Caramel tan in color... Aroma of Cabernet barrels, berries, hint of vinegar... Flavor is smooth, well balanced tartness of berries, lemon, citrus and vinous notes, low ABV lends itself well to this beer... Delicious ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From notes. Had at a tasting at Abu and Ashley’s on December 15. 12 oz bottle. The pour is a clear-ish amber with a nice white head that falls away quickly without much lace. The aroma is really interesting. There is a decent maltiness to it. The sourness comes in terms of an acidic vinegar that I’m not crazy about at all. There is a light floral aspect to it that is a little weird. There is a wet oak and a light pepper going on. The flavor is much of the same. There is a light pepper and a good fruitiness in front of the vinegar and mild acidity. It’s got a little sweetness on the back end. The mouth feel is a little heavier than you’d like with a brighter carbonation and a lingeringly peppery and floral sweetness on the back end. Not a big fan of this one.

[9/7/2016] Bottle at Churchkey : Bold red body with amber head. Nose is sour, with apples. Quite sweet. Taste is sour up front, then gets spicier and complex with maltier notes. Sharp finish. Well done.

Bottle shared with BBGTC. Pours clear golden orange, with a small creamy head. Aroma is acetic, with popcorn notes, and floral brett, as well as notes of bread, honey and wooden barrels. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is acetic, with tart berry notes, grapes and perfumey bretty notes, as well as some wooden notes. Light tartness in the finish.
