STOUT AGED IN BOURBON BARRELS WITH CACAO NIBS, VANILLA BEANS, CHILES AND CINNAMON ADDED. We’ve been thinking long and hard about one of our all-time favorites and how to put our personal lil twist on it. Or is this a big twist? Hmmm. We’ll have to think, and drink, on that one.

Bottle care of Leighton. It pours darkest brown with a small tan head. The aroma is rich, bitter - sweet, big vanilla, toasted coconut, bourbon, cocoa, bounty bar and dried fruits. The taste is smooth, rich roasted malt, chilli spice, vanilla, bourbon, toasted coconut, dried fruit, unctuous, toffee, icing sugar with a rich, sweet, warming finish. Full body, fine carbonation and oily mouth - feel. A bit full - on and sweet, but overall decent.

Black pour from 12oz bottle at home. Smokey and peppery is upfront and heavy. Vanilla and cocoa notes at the end. Pretty strange but enjoyable.

Brown pour, thin, with a slight tan head. Really nice nose with chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon and some spice. Taste is quite nice, a tiny bit of heat, lots of cinnamon and vanilla. Thin but super drinkable and really well balanced.
