Clean light amber color. Fruity aroma, sour, a bit funky and woody. Good body strength, aggressive acidity, some malt flavor, mild fruity touch, some astringency, sweet oranges, grapefruit, tannins, liquor.
Complex and balanced.
12 oz. bottle, pours a hazy amber orange with a off-white head. Aroma brings out rum barrels, wood, and light wild yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of rum barrels, tart fruits, and wild yeast. Tart, barrel-heavy and rather alcohol. Fun stuff, but rather harsh.

Hazy amber. Thin head. Touch of tartness, bitter hops, wood, alcohol, Tart, like citrusy hop note. I wouldn't say that rum barrel is evident. The strength takes it to a different dimension than your usual dry-hopped sour, giving it bigger body, more alcohol in the finish, and that adds an extra element to it. Crisp tart flavor that’s resinous and leafy and tart and wild and lactic but also has a kiss of rum barrel woody tone and lingering earthy sourness and gentle earthy malt. Clear reddish gold. Orange is funk, oak, some red wine. Taste is sour, some tannin, drying. Flavors of orange and lemon citrus, straw. Clean, pleasant, alcohol well integrated. Good if not very complex.
