Pours a deep brown with light brown foam. Smells very minty. Tastes very minty with malty roastiness and ending with some light hoppy bitterness. djd07 (14469) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUL 13, 2016
On tap at the brewery October 2014. Pours a dark brown with medium tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong mint, roast, cocoa. Medium body, strong milk chocolate, light mint, dry roast finish, very nice. flylikeabanana (179) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - DEC 30, 2012
UPDATED: MAR 10, 2013 On tap at Avery. A really delicious beer. Dark black pour, chocolate is the most pronounced taste, with mint and espresso on the palate.

Taster at Avery’s. Appearance: average sized off-white head, deep amber red/brown color, clear, good lacing. Aroma: mint, cereal, chocolate, vanilla, roast, nuts. Palate: full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Taste: heavy sweetness the whole way through, tastes like a Girl Scout Thin Mint. Overall, I really enjoyed this beer, it is different and well done, even if it is not the most balanced (too much mint). Marheb (5749) - San Diego, California, USA - JAN 21, 2015
De la poudre de cacao dans une base caramélisée délicate et un côté mentholé fort qui se prolonge dans l’amertume torréfiée.

Aroma of chocolate and mint, like an andeas candy. Taste is dry and slight bitter finish. Like cocoa bitter. No sweetness. Would expect a bit of sweetness with the aroma. Nice dry stout with a hint of mint. Different but like it.

Tap @ Avery. Typical black body with a dark brown head. Chocolate and pepperminty nose. Flavor is sweet from the chocolate malts with a sizable bitterness. The peppermint flavor is pretty strong and is tasty. Bitter, chocolate minty finish. It even freshened my halitosis! Brouwerij (959) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JAN 7, 2014
