On tap at the Falling Rock. Poured dark reddish brown, had no head by the time it got to me. Smelled of sour cherries, a little malty and slightly sweet. (Draught) Pours an amber-brown body with a small beige head. Aroma of raisins, light rye toast, barnyard, and vinous. Flavor of raisins, citrus, apples, and caramel with a dry finish.

Hazy red brown coloured with a small off white head.
Light acidic aroma of vanilla, red wine and oak with notes of brett.
Fruity flavour and light acidic flavour of of oak and vanilla with notes of red wine and brett.

Pours amber with an average, fizzy, white head, somewhat lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (cookie, hay, straw) average hops (flowers, grass), average yeast (barnyard, horse blanket) with notes of apple and pear. Medium bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a sour finish. Average duration, light sweetness, heavy acidity and sourness.
