On tap at Avery. Poured a cloudy light amber with a broken thin white head. The aroma is acid citrus fruit. The flavour is medium sour with an acid citrus palate but with a lovely smooth slightly sweet lime twist which I’m finding very hard to describe. A very unusual beer. Track it down if you can. arminjewell (9729) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - FEB 15, 2014
Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy golden pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of big peach, apricot, tart lemon, bready, biscuity notes into a hint of wine, grape, hints of earth in there, pretty nice. Taste is a mix of nice peach, apricot, vanilla, lemon, lactic notes into some white wine, oaky notes, slight funk, finishing tart, slightly fruity. Simple, but tasty.
