Poured from tap room. Pours a nice hazy goldan/ornage color with a minimal bubbly off-white head. Aroma is nice and sweetly tart with notes of lemon, grape, citrus, and light fruits. Flavor is nice and tart with citrus and lemon/lime notesnotes. Even though I get some of the grape I almost feel like it tastes like lemonade. It leaves a great dry tart finish that lingers on the tounge. Mouthfeel is sweet and carbonation is average. Overall this is a phenomenal beer. thirdeye11 (6160) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 10, 2013
(Draught) cloudy gold, fine white bubbles. Nose of key lime, Pedio, tart cherry notes. Taste is mind blowingly delicious, tons of key lime flavor, tart cherry, Pedio, well balanced, never vinegary, just delicious tartness. One of my favorite sours in some time. Very nice vinous sour. Maybe get a bit of the lime, but sour overpowers. Lime comes out in the flavor. Nice citrus lime with the vinous sour. Good but not as balanced as the Cascade Figaro with the citrus. And maybe 6 or possibly 7 on my vinous sour scale.

From Avery’s: "6th release in our tap room only service. A light blonde sour beer aged in neutral white wine barrels and infused with key lime." The beer gives a very strong fruity smell, the key lime infusion is definitely present. A light appearance reflects the drink-ability. The sour taste is not the strongest, but very manageable. Sour notes with every taste. The server at Avery’s recommended the following: take a sip, plug your nose, swallow, exhale from your nose (don’t open your mouth). Overall one of my favorites. Nose of key lime, cane sugar, lime zest. Tastes like key lime juice. Creamy mouth feel that is reminiscent of meringue. Really delicious. Fun sensory experience!

On tap at Avery poured a cloudy gold with a small lingering ivory head. Aromas of straw, apples, barnyard funk, spice and citrus. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp with a dry tar finish. Flavors of straw, apple, spice and light citreus with a crisp dry tart lingering spiced apple finish. I did’nt read the description before I had this beer, I noticed no lime what so ever. And yes they did pour the right beer. craftbeerdesign (2254) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - OCT 30, 2013
