Pours orange with medium head. Aroma: biscuit, herbs, honey melon, citrus fruit. Taste: nice dry taste of citrus, a touch of biscuit flavor, nice pine flavor in the palate. Very drinkable, balanced and interesting.

From can. Pours a cloudy golden amber with a small white head. Aroma has lots of citrussy, slight tropical and floral hops, leaning upon a nice sweetish malt base. Lots of orange. Taste is somewhat sweet, malty, super citrussy, slight floral, spicy, slight bitter finish. Average carbonation and a somewhat oily body.

6.5%ABV. IPA. Poured out gold. 8ºSRM. Nose has sweet malt funk. Citrus peel and pine in the nose. Mouthfeel is soapy. Palate has solid malty flavors with some light graham cracker, animal cracker. Hops are spicy with some fresh scallion, Thai basil and very light cilantro. There is a nice floral perfume in the palate with orange blossoms. Citrus character in hops are citrus peel, orange peel, lemon zest and grapefruit peel in the finish. Some citrus oil aroma in the nose. Finish is brief-medium and as mentioned above, reminiscent of grapefruit peel. Goes on Favorites List !

Dacrza (978) - Great Meadows, New Jersey, USA - JUL 23, 2016
DATE: July 23, 2016... OCCASION: a great pool day concludes with the end of Season Four of Game of Thrones... GLASSWARE: Kisatsky Tavern pint... hazy, orange amber body displays a sensible carbonation... the two-finger thick white head sits confidently and creamily atop the body with dense clouds of lacing... melon, pineapple, citrus and flowery aromatics engage the senses agreeably--the crisp bread malts suggest balance, with the strength of an IPA... a strong, well-bodied ale, with a convincingly sweet aftertaste... caramel and bread form a substantial backbone for a beer with hoppy strength, slight spruce and grapefruit, melon, and pineapple--indeed, a worthy banquet of a beer... this one was worth tracking down, as it satisfies from start to finish, with a strong, lively, creamy body, a round array of citrus and malt, and a flavorful finish,,,

Awktoberfest (404) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - JUL 17, 2016
Very slight aroma. Some citrus in the taste. But mainly just old muted hops and some sweetness. Not real refreshing. This can is under 2 months old so should offer a bit more. Sub average to average. Needs aroma. Needs more fresh hops. If this is an American style IPA goodness gracious liven it up. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

jrodooo5 (1672) - DOVER, Delaware, USA - JUL 5, 2016
Somewhat surprised by the scores here as everything screams average! Pours gold w/ a big foamy head that leaves spotty lacing. The aroma has some decent earthy tones. The taste is rather smooth for an ipa but on the thin/watery side. It has some decent hop flavors but isn’t overly bitter. It is quite drinkable for an ipa but has nothing extraordinary going on!

Faint aroma. Seems rather subdued for an IPA. but very palatable, its a session able IPA
