Nice floral aroma with an average head. Light golden color. One of the better IPAs because of a very good malt flavor that is not totally overwhelmed by hops, in other words, a better balance than most IPAs. Leaves a crisp aftertaste.
B. Pours a clear golden color with white head. Well balanced and full of flavor. Citrus aroma AaronTDubs (500) - - JUN 7, 2017
Golden color. Nice head. Medium carbonation. Fruit citrus aroma, some floral notes, a nice fruity character, almost beligian. Nice maltiness. Sweet and hoppy, but ultimately balanced. Has a spicy, floral, and citrus finish. The hoppiness stays for a while, very floral. Good IPA. I like mine with a bit more malt. BenL8 (183) - SWITZERLAND - MAY 17, 2017
Haven’t had this for quite some time. Pours pale(ish) dark yellow with some head. Aroma is tropical and citrus fruit, quite a lot of pine, herbal and earthy. Lots of obvious west coast USA hops. Medium body. Taste is hoppy and rather bitter, but not as stuffed with hops as newer American IPAs. Actually nicely balanced with the malt base. Very nice beer, just not too exciting tbh. Hoppy-herbal finish is moderately long and nice. Good as an everyday IPA. Westkyoto77 (635) - Kyoto, JAPAN - MAY 12, 2017
Half-pint at Tameals in Shinagawa station. Rocky short-lived head on amber-gold. Grapefruit, peaches, whiff of caramel. Medium body. Crisp finish.

355ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Citrusy, grassy and floral hoppy aroma, notes of lemongrass, lemon zest, a touch of lime. Taste is citrusy hoppy with grassy and floral addenda, notes of lemon, lemon peel, a herbal-spicy touch of lemon balm, all surrounded by the subtle sweetness of the decent, but inconspicuous, biscuity, pale malty support. A clean and refreshing kind of "lemon one-man show".

355ml Dose. Orangefarben mit leichter Trübung und großer Schaumkrone. Fruchtig-süßliches Aroma. Süffig. Feinherb im Antrunk. Voller Körper. DraftCaptain49 (17) - - MAR 14, 2017
A fine IPA, it cannot be denied. Piney taste, sort of like Deschutes’s Pine IPA with the new held-in taste technology that makes it fresher. Avery has a whole line of IPA’s, so I thought this would be pretty excellent. A slighter mastery of the style here, very soft high quality freshness and suds. With fruity juiciness on top. Also a fan of the label, green like hops. Could become a go-to. Thechasm442 (1005) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAR 13, 2017
Can. Cloudy bright golden burnt yellow with an average white head that leaves nice lacing. Aroma is full of citrus and pine. Tropical and grainy notes as well. Taste is juicy citrus and pine up front. Grapefruit, mango, and oranges. Mild tropical sweetness finishes with dry pine resin. Average thickness. Good beer. ordybill (1738) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - FEB 18, 2017
Poured from a 12 OZ can into a pint glass at Taco Mac in Atlanta. The appearance is a golden orange color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is heavy citrus and pine. The taste follows the nose. An excellent beer. Lambister (520) - FINLAND - FEB 16, 2017
33cl bottle @ Bier-Bier. Crisp fresh hoppy nose. Well balanced and fresh palate. Nice hoppy ending.
