Draft. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Fruity and tropical aroma with a light wheaty underpinning. The flavor is a fruity explosion. A bit one dimensional, but tasty nonetheless. jredmond (8982) - New York, New York, USA - OCT 25, 2011

Crushed with CaryTheDude at the Avery Tap Room many times. This beer pours a cloudy yellow with some orange tints, white head. Aroma is an impressive rush of ripe passion fruit, guava, mangos. Flavor is deliciously fruity, dangerously drinkable, incredibly smooth. There are mild wheat esters and slight tartness in the ocean of delicious passion fruit. This beer feels like the type of beer you could drink all day. Crisp carbonation, smooth mouthfeel. Extremely sessionable, refreshing, and delicious. A highlight from Avery.

Crushed at the taproom whenever it’s available. Pours a vibrant yellow that pretty much glows with a bit of a head. Flavors and aromas of refreshing mango and passion fruits. Completely mouthwatering and delicious. Difficult to believe this is beer. Beershine (5253) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 9, 2011
Draft @ taproom. Hazy canary yellow. Intense passionfruit aroma. Body feels and tastes like fruit juice, and nothing more. I happen to like passionfruit. And as juice this is alright, but as beer, not so much. Even as juice, it lacks the natural tartness and bitter seed flavors that come from eating straight passionfruit. onceblind (11511) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 6, 2011
On tap for the Euclid Hall Midnight Breakfast, thursday GABF 2011. Hazy yellow with a small but tight white head. Very light and fruity aroma, with passion fruit, lemon zest, pretty sweet and fruity nose without bitterness. Flavor is equally so. Taste is citrusy, tropical, juicy, sweet but not bitter. Delightful breakfast brew with touches of passion fruit and pineapple. Great quaffable body. 3fourths (9386) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - OCT 5, 2011
entirely opaque medium-dark yellow body. pulpy fruit juice nose. medium-high citrus acid and hop bitterness, but almost the entire character of this beer is the passionfruit, which with the carbonation and bitterness leaves it resembling a mimosa - not bad, actually quite delicious, as mimosas can be - but not much beer to be noticed at all, and really no character of wheat coming through. might be fun to get drunk on the stuff, though. Cloudy, yellow. Very fruity aroma. Very much like juice. Tart, intense passion fruit . Pretty one-dimensional brew. It’s not unpleasant or anything, though and as a juice/beer I enjoyed it.
