draft. wouldn’t be surprised if this is Andy’s/Fred’s mom re-labeled, it has the same wine barrel fruit, tannin and acid profile and the same tropical fruit esters (ethyl butyrate?) as many of their other sours. medium body, no noticeable alcohol, mild to medium lactic acid. decent but unexciting and like many of their others (with the exception of Immitus), it tastes and feels washed out by Avery’s attempts to blend across barrels, like they’re just haphazardly throwing darts at a board to decide the blends. sonnycheeba (6539) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - JUN 4, 2012
